I was awarded my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Arid Agriculture University. I was new to the Insurance Industry and knew very little about EFU Hemayah Takaful before my joining in June 2019. I have always had an ambition to prosper in life, which motivated me to keep looking for alternate and challenging opportunities. However, Allah (S.W.T) had superior plans for me and directed me to the right place. Joining EFU Hemayah Takaful gave me immense confidence, as EFU has been a renowned player in the insurance Industry. Since joining, I had a dream to be amongst the successful elite of Sales Professionals of EFU Hemayah Takaful hence I pursued Sales under the guidance of our supportive management. Soon after, I became eligible for Takaful Falcon Club Membership.

My Hobbies and interests:
I like to meet people and build long term mutually beneficial relationships with them. I love watching historical movies since I believe that history helps us prevent the mistakes people made in the past and learn wise lessons. I also like to travel and explore new places.

My Motivation:
Securing a bright future for myself and my family motivates me a lot. With the belief that ALLAH (S.W.T) is always with me, I stay committed and focused.

My Message:
“Success is how high you bounce when you hit the ground”. We are sitting atop a gold mine; all we need to do is start digging to achieve our goals.

I had joined EFU Hemayah Family Takaful after parting ways with a well-known Bank after a service of more than 8 years in the consumer banking division.
I joined as a Takaful Consultant under the kind supervision of Syed Fasih ullah Akber Hussaini (TABM) in Takaful Karachi North Branch on 1st January 2019.
Initially I had to work quite hard to get through what I wanted to achieve. All of my friends told me about the challenges I could face and advised me to switch my career, but under the strong motivation and guidance of my managers I continued with it and progressed day by day, and now I am quite satisfied and motivated after my achievement of attending the overseas convention.
Now I feel immensely proud of being a part of this company.

My Objectives:
I have set my objectives for year 2019 that I have to gain eligibility for:

1. MDRT 2019
2. Falcon Qualification for 2020.
3. Company Maintained Car

With such supportive managers and supervisors at my guidance, I believe that my objectives aren’t very far from accomplishment.

My Hobbies and interests:
From my child hood I am passionate about the world tour since I love traveling.
Cricket is my favorite game which I use to play since the beginning.
Other than this, I believe that one’s learning curve should never stop, which is why, I will soon be pursuing my MBA in marketing from a reputable university.

My Message:
My message to all the new comers / job seekers is to join EFU Life because if one wants a rich and rewarding career then this is the best place.

I joined EFU life Hemayah Takaful in 2018 as a ‘Takaful Executive Business Development Manager’ and since then, I remained determined to improve my performance. My motivation levels were given a boost by my TZM– Mr. Faraz Jalil Siddiqui and TSBM — Mr. Muhammad Faizan Siddiqui who had always encouraged me. Above all, my success was made possible by the will and grace of Almighty Allah who gave me the strength and determination to conquer milestones.

Today, I am the ‘Top Takaful Consultant’ of ‘EFU Life Hemayah Takaful’. I wish that every sales professionals should have leaders like I do.

My Hobbies and interests:
Travel and exploration are my favorite hobbies. I wish to travel destinations and learn about their cultures and values.

My Message:
In order to achieve success in our field, one should always work with consistency, sincerity and happiness and always keep oneself motivated and happy. I had joined EFU Hemayah Family Takaful on 5th September 2018. My outstanding work performance helped me qualify as a Takaful Senior Consultant. It was a big achievement for me and I had started following the footsteps of my seniors namely, Mr. Jamil Ahmed (TSBM) and Ms. Mahwish Zahidi (TABM) whom I had seen devoting themselves to work even after the regular work hours and this encouraged me to do the same and run an extra mile.

By the will of Almighty Allah, I had achieved the highest position of Takaful business development manager in a very short period of time. I remained determined and success eventually followed. This also earned me the title of rising star for the month of February.
I believe that success is not earned with hard work only. One has to be a good individual to earn good graces and praises from the People around you. My parents had prayed for my success and my managers had been supportive throughout.
