I joined EFU Life Assurance in December 2003. I did my first BDM in 2005, then I qualifed for MDRT in 2005. Then after that exposure, I try to improve my self day after day. Now, I am the topper of the EFU Life Assurance Company. Last three years I have done 10 Million plus consecutively. This is my record in EFU Life Assurance Company.

Thanks to Almighty Allah. I joined EFU Life Assurance in 2002 and have completed 12 years in this organization. I am currently working as Executive Senior Business Manger. I am also qualified Life time member of MDRT, Member of Falcon Club, and Country Chairman of Pakistan in the year 2011-2012 along with Member of MCC (MEMBERSHIP COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE) in 2013-2014. I have attended all company’s Sales conference, overseas convention and mini convention. I have also attended MDRT conference in USA & Canada.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

I am strong believer of Human Welfare and an active social work participator. I have joined various welfare trusts and forums. My first priorities are for SATSANG, NISHKAM, AND SHEVA. I was the organizer of SANATAN DAIRY from 2001 to 2011. Currently I am the member of Pakistan Hindu Council.

MY MOTIVATION:

I am highly inspired by our Company Ex Chairman Mr. Saifuddin N Zoomkawala and our Managing Director & CEO Mr. Taher.G Sachak, whose Personality and Leadership made me capable to achieve my goals for all Overseas Conventions MDRTS, Mini Conventions,Country Chairman Conference in UAE and Sales Conferences of EFU Life. Our National Sales Director Mr Mustafa Hussain Bhai, Regional Sales Diector Shamsuddin Shaikh, Branch Manager Ayoob Khan, all Head Office Staff, and Branch Admin Staff Cooperates with me in well manner and they give me a lot of respect and Love.

MY MESSAGE:

In order to become successful in our profession, One should be always remain happy and work with consistency, sincerity, willingness & honesty. All Sales Force and Colleagues should focus on their Goals with Honesty and Sincerity. Those who work Sincerity, they will become successful in EFU Life. ME AND EFU LIFE:

I am B.E in Mechanical Engineering. I joined EFU Life Assurance Ltd in October 2006 on the motivation of Mr. Sri Chand Lalwani, SBM, Karachi Zamzama Branch, who offered me a career in Management & gave me a vision for a Location at D.H.A, Karachi. In 2008, I was promoted as an Assistant Branch Manager & Location Manager of Karachi Defence Branch. In 2010, I became qualified member of MDRT through my personal selling. Afterwards I become part of Karachi Karasaz Branch & under the patronage of my mentor Mr. Ayoob Khan, BM, I become top UM in Faisal Region in 2012. Finally under the motivation of our RSD, Mr. Shamsuddin Shaikh, I switched my career in sales & now working as an EBDM. I always find EFU Life as a life changing company. This company gave me reward, respect & recognition.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

I spend most of my spare time with my family. My only hobby is getting knowledge regarding Insurance Management & Sales through internet browsing & surfing.

MY MOTIVATION:

My family’s financial needs always motivate me to achieve my goals. I always consider life insurance career as a noble profession, which is at an emerging stage in our country.

MY MESSAGE:

My word of advice for my sales force is that “Always think positively, work hard & perform your profession with honesty”. Be sincere with your company & with your family. Life insurance career is not for few days, it is life time profession.

ME AND EFU LIFE:

In the past I was working in Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan as Associate in fabrication department. During that tenure of my job one of my friend informed me about EFU LIFE. As I was looking forward for a better opportunity, I joined EFU life on 7th May 2007.Since then I’m associated with EFU life.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

I spend my leisure time in socializing and playing cricket. I am also Captain of Tennis ball cricket team at club level.

MY MOTIVATION:

My motivation is my mentor M.Atif Jamal Location Head of Lahore Premier branch. His continuous success in sales department inspired me a lot. He trained and polished my all hidden skills to enhance my confidence level. I worked hard to become BDM and then EBDM. I had a road accident in 2013 resulting loss of official designation. But this year by the grace of Almighty Allah and with very sincere efforts of my seniors I am working with full devotion and enthusiasm to achieve both, my lost Designation and my Goal which is to become FALCON member. Hope ALLAH will help me to complete it.

MY MESSAGE:

I am thankful to EFU LIFE which helped me to fulfill my dreams. I would like to advise my colleagues to follow the “Management for the profit” as a true guide as this is my point of belief and key to success. Hope all of us will complete our Goals before year end.
